Where and when can I go birdwatching?
Cyprus sits on a major migration flyway. The best sites are the Akamas, the Akrotiri salt lake and wetlands (flamingos in winter), and Cape Greco. Peak passage is spring (March–May) and autumn (September–October), when specialist guided tours run.
